Stress, loss of meaning, feeling stuck, feeling overwhelmed, and trying to find a rhythm in life can feel especially difficult right now. Many are struggling to cope with the expectations of family, friends, society, and themselves. I believe in empowering teens and adults in the issues centered around Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, Stress, Meaning, Grief and Loss, Coping Skills, Relational Issues, or other issues that are contributing to mental distress. Please reach out and let's work together to find a way forward that works for you.

I have been in the counseling/therapy field for over 11 years now. After graduating college I went into behavior therapy and supported families and individuals with autism and other behavioral/developmental concerns. From there I shifted my focus to individual counseling so as to branch out and be of service to more people.

I am a passionate, empathetic, video-game-loving person. These past 11+ years have shown me just how much I love being of service to others and helping them find the life that they want to live. Its all too often that life can go off-track, and I am here to help find the track that works for you. I am here to support you and advocate for the life that you want.

Telehealth services are individualized to fit the needs of the client. As no two clients have led the same life, counseling is never one-size-fits-all. Whether it is individual, group, or couples/family counseling, finding the way forward that works for you is what matters.

I am a Mindfulness and Systems based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist. The therapy takes on an individual and holistic approach that involves humor, creativity, and strengths to empower clients. I utilize evidence-based practices and am trained in: DBT, Play, Trauma-Informed, ACT, and Existential therapies.  All therapy is conducted in a safe, non-judgmental, empowering environment.

I am here to work with you to see that you are not alone. It is also about identifying the elephant in the room: the environment that we grew up in and continue to live in has a tremendous effect on our daily lives, and thus it is important to explore and acknowledge. There is no space for pathologizing here. You are not broken, and therefore will not be treated as such. Your life, expertise, and experience is to be respected and promoted. I am here to support, not tell you what to do.
